I am a qualified teacher and I live in Frome with my wife and our two children. I have worked in schools, the NHS, local government and commercial business. Most of my professional life has been spent educating and helping people.
I have been passionate about computers and tech for over 25 years, and I love sharing my enthusiasm for machines that can do useful, interesting and occasionally wonderful things. I have experience in web design, building PCs and repairing devices.
I have worked professionally with adults with learning disabilities; people experiencing difficulties with their mental health; and young people, including neurodiverse children and young offenders. From smartphones to smart speakers, if it connects to the internet – or to something that does – I can help.
I will come to your home, or another location that suits you. I will listen to what you need, and carefully explain and demonstrate the solution. There are no ‘silly questions’ and I will give you as much time as you require. I can write down clear instructions for you to refer to at a later date. If you have questions later on, I’m only an email, Whatsapp or call away.
